Use My Language Pal thoughtfully

Effective date: May 4, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using the app and website.

The Service

My Language Pal is developed and operated by Raitos Ltd and provides translation, speech, pronunciation, saved flashcards, spaced repetition review, sync, and related language-learning tools. Features may change as the product develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. Use accurate account information and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, attack the infrastructure, submit illegal content, infringe others' rights, or use the app to harm, harass, deceive, or exploit people.

AI And Language Output

Translations, explanations, transcriptions, and audio may be imperfect. Check important phrases before relying on them in legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes situations.

Plans And Purchases

Paid plans and credits may be offered through app stores or payment providers. Prices, limits, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may depend on the store or provider terms shown at purchase. Lifetime plans are also subject to the Lifetime Plan Terms.

Lifetime Plan

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the Lifetime entitlement shown at purchase. It is not unlimited usage: feature availability, provider availability, fair-use controls, and usage limits still apply. See the Lifetime Plan Terms for details.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the phrases, audio, cards, and notes you submit or save. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Availability

We work to keep My Language Pal reliable, but features may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network issues, device limits, or changes to third-party services.
