What Lifetime Means
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the Lifetime entitlement shown in the app at the time of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.

Lifetime access, clearly scoped
Effective date: May 25, 2026. These terms apply to any one-time Lifetime plan purchase for My Language Pal.
Active Operation
Lifetime access lasts while My Language Pal remains in active operation. It does not guarantee that the app, every feature, or every third-party provider will operate indefinitely.
Usage Limits And Fair Use
Lifetime is not an unlimited-use plan. Daily or monthly limits, OCR limits, fair-use controls, abuse prevention, provider availability, and global service cost caps may apply and may change as the product evolves.
Feature Scope
Lifetime access applies to the My Language Pal app in its current product family. It does not guarantee access to separate future products, major platform rebuilds, enterprise features, marketplace seller tools, human tutoring, or services that are sold separately.
Changes To The Product
Features, supported languages, providers, usage limits, and plan structure may change over time. We will aim to keep the Lifetime plan useful and fair, while protecting the reliability and sustainability of the service.
Refunds And Purchase Support
Refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase. If the app does not recognise an active Lifetime purchase, contact support@mylanguagepal.com.
Relationship To Other Terms
These Lifetime Plan Terms supplement the main Terms and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Lifetime Plan Terms apply only to the Lifetime purchase terms.
