You can request account deletion from inside the app where available, or by emailing support from the email address connected to your account. Deletion requests may remove account details, synced learning data, saved cards, and related usage records, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, purchase, and backup retention requirements.
If you purchased through Apple, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple account settings. Contact support if the app does not recognise an active purchase or restore purchases does not work as expected.
Translation, speech transcription, and text-to-speech features may depend on network access and third-party service availability. If a request fails, check your connection, update the app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with an example.
