For app support, account questions, billing help, privacy requests, or feedback, contact support@mylanguagepal.app.

Contact Support

Email support@mylanguagepal.app. Please include the email address used for your app account, your device type, the app version if available, and a short description of the issue.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app where available, or by emailing support from the email address connected to your account. Deletion requests may remove account details, synced learning data, saved cards, and related usage records, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, purchase, and backup retention requirements.

Subscription And Purchases

If you purchased through Apple, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple account settings. Contact support if the app does not recognise an active purchase or restore purchases does not work as expected.

Translation Or Audio Issues

Translation, speech transcription, and text-to-speech features may depend on network access and third-party service availability. If a request fails, check your connection, update the app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with an example.
